In the period from February to April 2025, a reform was implemented at Marneuli College, the idea author and implementer of which is the college's strategic manager, Shorena Alagardashvili.
Within the framework of the reform:
✅️ The standardization of the college’s quality system was carried out, which includes the introduction of a decentralized quality assurance model.
✅️ Individual training sessions were held, evaluation tools were created, and the tools were piloted. The administrative staff of the college participated in the pilot, and each of them was provided with a training certificate.
