History of College of Marneuli

Marneuli College was founded in 1992 through the initiative and support of the Georgian Medical Association. Since its establishment, the college has been led by Director Irakli Gomerauri.

On April 29, 1992, the Ministry of Education of Georgia granted the institution a special license for secondary education (License No. 01-17-08/457).

Following the reform in the field of vocational education, on July 21, 2008, the college obtained a new license (No. N0813099), under which it began offering vocational programs.

By the decision of the Authorization Council for Vocational Educational Institutions on July 26, 2013 (Resolution No. 2), Marneuli College was granted the status of a Public College.

On July 23, 2018, by Resolution No. 127, the Authorization Council granted Marneuli College the status of a Vocational Educational Institution for a period of six years.

On February 4, 2020, by Resolution No. 07, the Authorization Council granted Marneuli College the right to implement additional vocational programs.
