Normative Acts

A student/learner is required to:

Adhere to the Constitution, current legislation, and the norms and requirements established by the college’s regulatory acts.
Fulfill the requirements outlined in the contract.
Comply with the requirements set by the educational program.
Respect the rights and legal interests of others.
Assist individuals with special needs (SSM) on the college premises.
Avoid plagiarism in order to achieve desired academic outcomes.
Take care of the college’s infrastructure.
Pay the contractual fees within the stipulated deadlines.
Follow the rules established by the internal regulations and safety provisions on both the college's internal and external territories.
Maintain silence during the learning process.
Take care of the college’s property and, in the case of intentional damage, reimburse the cost of the damaged item.
Not be under the influence of alcohol or other banned substances on the college premises.
Refrain from bringing alcoholic beverages or any dangerous or prohibited items onto the college premises.
Pay the market price for any damaged or lost library books.
Pay the market price for any damaged college resources.
Familiarize themselves with the college’s internal regulations and their rights and responsibilities.
Review the student’s guidebook.
Be aware of and comply with the college’s safety rules.
Check and respond to information sent by the college via email or other communication channels.
