Quality Reform at the College

Between February and April 2025, a significant reform was implemented at Marneuli College, initiated and led by the college's Strategic Manager, Shorena Alagardashvili.

As part of the reform:

  • The college's quality system was standardized, introducing a decentralized model of quality assurance;

  • Individual training sessions were conducted;

  • Assessment tools were developed and piloted.

The pilot phase involved the participation of administrative staff, all of whom received official certification upon completion of the training.
